Jimmy Ford. NVidia 32 bit download is not compatible with the Windows adapter even though it has a GeForce chipset. Tried it twice. Thank you for this great article, some may have found it very helpful but unfortunately I didn't. I've had this problem since Win7 and couldn't figure out a way to install a new one. I've tried downloading through the internet, didn't work. I've tried updating windows but again, didn't work. I can't seem to find a solution to this but if anyone has had this problem and found a solution or if you just might know what the solution may be, please share with me.

Easy to follow. No jargon. Pictures helped. Didn't match my screen. Incorrect instructions. Too technical. Not enough information. Not enough pictures. When you see the Forgotten Password Wizard's Welcome screen, take a look at the information and click Next. You'll see a rapidly moving progress bar.
Once it reaches percent, click Next, and you will see the last screen in the Forgotten Password Wizard. To complete the operation, click Finish.
