EDIT: Whoops didn't look at the coupon. Can you trade in for a giftcard or do you have to spend the credit right away? And is there an age minimum for trading in games in NSW? In some states you can trade in for a gift card, in some you have to spend the credit right away.
I believe NSW you can't put it on a gift card, but you may be able to put it as a preorder towards something and have the credit stored on the system The minimum age for trading in games is Nope just read up their website, they say for NSW it's 16 years old :D And you can trade towards anything else in store….
Do you think GAME would match this deal? Kinda locked in with a pre-order, so I can't bring it to EB. I thought that they wouldn't accept purchases from other stores and had to show them an EB receipt….
They have lots of advertising saying they will give you the most value for your games, so it would seem like false advertising if they do not.
I have had them even beat EB's trade values before. This all kinda depends on the store, and who's working. Also, trade in requires no original receipt, just the game. They have a return policy where you can return a game within 7 days if you do not like it, that requires the receipt but is a different thing all together.
By trading it in it ties you to their store, so its a win for them.. Wonder how much I get for Xbox one controller with white digital camo with missing thumbpad at level 4. Your birthday voucher would have a clause saying not to be used in conjunction with other offers. Thanks however it was my bad I probably didn't word my question the best. It has happened to me a few times, and I usually check the receipt just in case. What's with the price of the preowned games fluctuating around like crazy? All going towards Elden Ring preorder! Does this include trading in for cash as well, or only for store credit? But hey at least you get double carrots! Double carrots! Level 5! I know its weird but gamers' logic. So it's not that bad but yes, I agree it is not that good either so far.
Terrible return policy too. Unlike BB, you can try the game and if you don't like it, atleast you can return it. Got yelled at for attempting lol. Never spending my money at EB. For overpriced used games NO! On the other hand, EB has satisfaction exchange benefit program. I guess policy changed. I don't buy games anymore but I remember how hassle free it was.
Probably changed it from the number of fraudulent returns.
