To Obtain Warranty Service For warranty service, follow the steps below or take your firearm to your local authorized Uberti dealer. Get a Return Authorization RA number required. Or call Customer Service at option 2 or option 2 , 8 a. EST, Monday through Friday. Guns are not accepted for repair without a Return Authorization number. Pack your firearm for shipment to the Stoeger repair facility at the address listed below in the following manner: 1. Ensure that the firearm is completely unloaded.
Visually and physically check the chambers and the magazine. It is dangerous and illegal to ship a loaded firearm through the mail. Call Stoeger Industries at if for any reason the gun cannot be completely unloaded prior to shipping.
